Democrats invite Trump to testify in impeachment inquiry
Pushing back against accusations from the president that the process has been stacked against him, Pelosi said Trump is welcome to appear or answer questions in writing, if he chooses.
Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer echoed that suggestion.
“If Donald Trump doesn’t agree with what he’s hearing, doesn’t like what he’s hearing, he shouldn’t tweet. He should come to the committee and testify under oath. And he should allow all those around him to come to the committee and testify under oath,” Schumer told reporters. He said the White House’s insistence on blocking witnesses from cooperating begs the question: “What is he hiding?”

America will be a mere shell of itself, and Trump's "people" will be driving it into the ground. China and Russia will be fighting for the leftovers, and for world domination.

I'm not listening to anyone. I'm also not accusing you of drinking either. I was just honestly concerned about the way you worded that. I believe that sometime at the height (or low) of my drinking getting out of control that I said some stupid shit like I was going to kill myself if Hillary won. Until I managed to somehow "flip a switch" and get out of that horribly self-destructive pattern I was in, I was just looking for any old excuse to do it. Again. This isn't a Trump invention. The quality of life in America has been on a steep downward slope for two decades straight. Inflation essentially doubles the cost of goods and services over the course of 20 years. In that time period since 1999, wages have been completely flat-lined while natural inflation occurred, gas prices went up at a much faster rate due to outside influences and healthcare costs have spiraled out of control (hastened by the ACA, but by no means caused by it).
That being said, it could be argued that the economy has improved since Trump took office. I won't make that argument, since I believe that any positive thing that happens in our economy these days is just optics, and basing things around bubbles that just haven't burst yet. Our entire system from the DOW Jones to Insurance is just a bunch of Ponzi schemes.
But, at least for now, there are a lot more jobs out there than there were 5 years ago.

It's already in the ground dude. Everything you're claiming will happen already has happened before Trump even took office.
And what do we do to right the ship? Nothing. We can't even be bothered to teach our kids the Metric System in school to prepare them for this Global Economy we made for ourselves. Sending out a bunch of retards into the world with their basic math skills stunted by an out of date and inferior system of math that makes them non-competitive in the marketplace.
We can't even be bothered to teach them a foreign language or two when they're young and would cling to it either. Anybody I've ever met online from other countries that don't speak English natively can read, write and speak at least basic English (even if things like idioms go over their heads).
