And the accused (Trump) would be able to face his accuser (Ciamarella) and his accuser would not be able to duck out of testifying on the pretext of some vague threat to his "security", he would be placed in a witness protection program. OTOH, given that everything Ciamarella complained about was ALSO second-hand, he might not be counted as a credible witness either and the entire case would fall apart.
