How can Trump be impeached after that remark? We need Presidents like him. (By the way, not a word Trump said was true. It is all make-believe. He pooped this story out in front of the World.)

ISIS Leader Is Dead, According to Trump. I notice with amusement that newspaper headlines are all couching the operation in “Trump says” terms, as if they aren’t quite willing to accept it as unvarnished truth until they have more than just the president’s word. If you watch the video, the parts not scripted by speechwriters but pulled out of Trump's fat ass, you will notice that Trump improvises very freely. In fact, nothing he says, other than what is on the teleprompter, is believable. Why would anyone impeach such a gifted entertainer?

Start at 45 minutes. No other President has, or could, give such a news conference. Impeachment should be completely ruled out after today's performance by Trump.

Just compare Trump's announcement with Obama's. Trump's deserves an Emmy or a Golden Globe award. Obama just isn't entertaining.

Your robot origin is showing. I read this lovely quote. It made me think of the brainpower of Trump and all the Trump lovers I know: Without Darwin’s unlimited funds, Wallace had to live in a relatively simple way. This meant sharing accommodations with the native people he encountered. Wallace was impressed by the way natives obviously underutilized their potential brainpower. Although he was sure that native people could be as intellectually developed as Europeans, in reality, this rarely happened. To Trump and the Trump lovers: Like the natives that Alfred Russel Wallace (1823-1913) encountered, you don't need to use most of your brains because you live in the greatest and easiest country on Earth, but do yourself and America a favor by trying harder to live up to your full human potential in the 21st Century.

And yanno, quoting the still relevant parts of my posts is just a timesaver while I do more interesting things, like make stew.

BTW, have you figured out yet why every single one of your posts is a lie?

ETA: I've also been belatedly listening to the 4th democratic debate while cooking and doing some light yardwork, but the debate is kind of a chore.

I'm making 12 servings of pork and bean stew. So I butchered, trimmed out and cut up a couple of pork shoulders and plain-cooked them yesterday low and slow till moist and tender. I have two different kinds of beans I just cooked up (navy and great northern) with herbs and onions, and I'm about to add some pureed tomatoes and some pigs feet broth that I made up earlier and froze. It'll make the stew that much tastier. I could add 1.5C or 3C of the broth. For 12 servings, what do you think?

Can't give you any advise there, Kiki. I know how to cook about 10 different things that aren't processed and about 7 of them are not part of my diet today.

Sounds amazing though. I sure do miss some good home cooked meals by somebody who knows what they're doing.

The only way I don't go nuts eating the same thing everyday is because of spices. In Jacks world, spices are the variety of life.

How about mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, sriracha and the like? When I'm looking for a quick meal I just grab some plain-cooked meat and throw some of that on top.

Is Trump too stupid to be impeached? What he said about Syrian oil on Sunday:

“What I intend to do, perhaps, is make a deal with an ExxonMobil or one of our great companies to go in there and do it properly ... and spread out the wealth,” Trump said during a news conference about the U.S. special forces operation that led to the death of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Exxon Mobil Corp and Chevron Corp, the two largest U.S. oil companies operating in the Middle East, declined to comment on his remarks. They knew Trump was running his mouth without engaging his brain.

“International law seeks to protect against exactly this sort of exploitation,” said Laurie Blank, an Emory Law School professor and director of its Center for International and Comparative Law. The professor knew Trump is stupid.

“It is not only a dubious legal move, it sends a message to the whole region and the world that America wants to steal the oil,” said Bruce Riedel, a former national security advisor and now senior fellow at the Brookings Institution think-tank. The advisor knew Trump is stupid.

“The idea that the United States would ‘keep the oil’ in the hands of ExxonMobil or some other U.S. company is immoral and possibly illegal,” said Jeff Colgan, an associate professor of political science and international studies at Brown University. The professor knew Trump was immoral and stupid. But that is no reason to impeach Trump -- if you are a Trump lover.
