For the 3 or so Firefly people in Delaware:

Let's meet up! You all can treat me to some jumbo crabs at some relatively nice crab-serving establishment! OR, alternatively, we could meet for pizza and beers somewhere of our choosing. I'm thinkin' someplace fairly clean, somewhat well-lit and not quite ear-blastingly noisy as a regular bar. Any ideas?

Tethys? Hardware? Anybody in nearby states? Hello?

Well, it's not like we've got tons of people's schedules to co-ordinate...

Friday and Saturday evenings are good for me, as are Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Wanna do this in December or wait until January?

I like McGlynn's, the Border Cafe (the "EAT" place over by the SPCA--they have reeallly good margaritas), the Charcoal Pit is close to me, and of course there's ALWAYS Feby's or Lestardo's or some such for crabbies!

Lestardo's is right down the street from me and the Border cafe is good too. I'd offer to give you my crabs (seafood, not crotch crickets) but I think my girlfriend has dibs on all of mine.

For the next month or so weekends are good. Let's try to swing this before Xmas. I'll try to bring pics of me in my Santa getup.

I do have to play Santa on the 18th from about 1pm to 5pm. Other than that my weekends are available.

and I work Fri-Mon's so the weekend is a bit hard to deal with.....though I could possibly do a half day or sommin....as to date?...whenever I suppose. Jan would probably be better, I think

I'm in! Before Christmas or after? I like New Castle for the meetup point, but Newark is better for me, as I go up there just about every weekend.

Doesn't sound like y'all want to do chinese, but I don't know any really good ones up that way, just a Chinese Buffet down in Dover, Sing House. I go there every Sunday for lunch.

Well, there ain't much time left before Christmas! Hardware wants pre- and Tethys wants post- (I think his birthday is 1-3-05--he just wants gifts) and I can make it just about anytime. RobNotRick didn't indicate, but I think we can pretty much just tell him when and where to show up.

I do not like Chinese food! So, that is out, obviously. (just kidding, I will go where you all want, I'll just bring a Whopper or something with me).

I'm thinking it's going to have to be post-holiday, what do you guys think? Since it's Tethys' b-day, maybe he can choose the locale??

How about Sunday the 2nd or 9th, with the meet spot to be set by our Birthday Browncoat, Tethys?

Lunch would be good. Dinner, not so much.

Dunno if my regular RPing group will have it's act together by then, but I'd like to keep Saturday evening open for whatever- I've been waiting eagerly *3 months* for one of our GMs to run his Post-finale D6 Buffy game, the Watchers Chronicles, again. (They might even want me to run The Firefly Formerly Known As Epiphany 8-)

Sorry for the wait, guys. Wife and I have been down with bronchitis the last week. The 9th should be ok, I can put in for a vacation day then. As for the place, there's a Denny's and a Bob Evans near my place, and any place on 13 is fine.

Also need a 3XL Firefly Tee. All the ones I've seen so far cap out at XL.

LOST has got some gear for castaways, or whatever fans are calling themselves (me, I'm a Boar and Bannanas Browncoat), but the same problem of no 3XL stuff.

I guess I'll get a B-ball cap or something.

You'd get off of I95 at the Rte. 141-New Castle exit and (staying in the right lane) take the Rte. 13 South exit and Damon's should be on your right in about a mile? Or so? Tethys? Hardware? Am I right?
