Too much phosphates aren't good, but they are still pretending the sulfites aren't the problem. LOTS of sulfur in bacon, and most things that have phosphates.

There's gelatine in it. Might as well shoot sulfur directly into your veins... Wonder if it specifically affects people with sulfa drug issues, as he's never had to take a sulfa drug so we wouldn't know...
I can only imagine what it would do to me. Wouldn't be good.
Have you heard of TSO Therapy to treat or prevent Crone's Disease?

While women are often encouraged to eat foods rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids - like nuts and soybeans - the study found that increased the risk of their children being inattentive and impulsive by at least 13 percent.
'The nutrient supply during the earliest stages of life is essential in that it programs the structure and function of the organs, and this programming, in turn, has an impact on health at every stage of life,' said co-author Dr Jordi Júlvez, an assistant research professor at ISGlobal.
'As the brain takes a long time to develop, it is particularly vulnerable to misprogramming. Alterations of this sort could, therefore, lead to neurodevelopmental disorders.'
Wanna guess what nuts and soy products have in common? Yeah, lots of sulfur. Most people with sulfite intolerances can't eat soy at all, but I don't have a problem with small amounts.

I just saw a bottle of molasses labeled unsulfurated or unsulphurized or similar.
I've never seen that before.

Quote:I picked up a bottle. They also had a regular molasses. For $1. The size was not 3x. I don't think it was 2x. More like 1.5x.

Yeah, I've seen it at our local cheap stores too. I don't use it, but I've looked it up.
And for today's shocker... GIVING KIDS THINGS THEY ARE ALLERGIC TO MAKES THEM MORE ALLERGIC, duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It doesn't get them "used to it", it doubles the bodies allergic response.

And MORE PROOF sulfur compounds... or lack thereof... causes neurological disorders...
https://eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2019-05/jhm-bsc050619.php
They used the chemical sulforaphane found in broccoli sprouts, which is known to turn on a gene that makes more of the enzyme that sticks glutamate with another molecule to make glutathione. When they treated rat brain cells with glutathione, it slowed the speed at which the nerve cells fired, meaning they were sending fewer messages. The researchers say this pushed the brain cells to behave less like the pattern found in brains with schizophrenia.
The scientists say further research is needed to learn whether sulforaphane can safely reduce symptoms of psychosis or hallucinations in people with schizophrenia.
