The NY Times published the "classified" Pentagon Papers that were dubiously obtained by Daniel Ellsberg back in the day, and ultimately the Supreme Court said the Times did nothing wrong. So I don't see how Assange can be found guilty of anything. Just seems like a big waste of time.
