However, if that is NOT the case then ... with "sit on my hands" Sessions out of office, and the Trump administration free from "obstruction of justice" accusations (since the investigation is now over) ... the administration would be free to investigate the investigators, including DOJ, FBI, CIA, and NSA staff as well as Obama and Hillary for evidence that the investigation was politically-motivated and evidence that the investigation was tainted by illegal acts (such as withholding information from the FISA court.)

It's really hard for me to understand the logic of the right. Oh, I know, they
swallow hook, line and sinker whatever Trump vomits. So the fact that Barr in his bullshit letter says that Mueller did NOT exonerate the evil fuck, Trump,
that has no factual basis. It's only what comes out of his pie-hole.

Having said that...I welcome a full investigation on all of the above. Let's
get to the bottom of this fucking Republican circus. My guess is that, like most of Trump's lies, it will be all "smoke and mirrors" and nothing will come of it. Just like Melania will produce her papers in a "couple of weeks" and
"we will repeal and replace" and "we will build that wall" - still waiting.
Smoke and mirrors.

He has asked the CBP to refuse to process any asylum seekers and so on. He has "ordered" them to restart the family separation
policy (Not only is he asking that they go against the court order, thereby breaking the law, he's going against his own Executive Order).

This is totally insane. And against the fucking law.

Conservatives, the far right, talk so much shit about following the law. About illegal immigrants coming into the country "legally" and here we have this orange scumbag talking about ignore the judge's order. Hell, he wants to get rid of judges. Meanwhile he's replacing federal court judges with a bunch of hacks for lifetime federal appointments. I hope that he contracts cancer and dies a slow painful death. Nothing short of torturous agonizing pain would be
sufficient for such a shitbag snake.

Lord, if you exist, please make it so.

If Barr conducts a thorough investigation, then the deep state and Trump have NOT reached an accommodation. But if Barr stays quiet, or conducts a whitewash, then a deal probably took place.

Somehow I don't see that, a deal, happening at all. Barr, that slug, was
supremely arrogant, downright evil and spoke extremely rudely to Congress
during his "hearing" before the Appropriations Committee. Of course he must be forgiven for his muffled responses, since he was sucking Trump's puny prick
so hard. Oh the right should be really happy about now. This shill, this scum
sucking motherfucker will have his name prominently displayed in the history books when all comes to light. Barr = Shit eating slug!

He can only hide behind his "interpretation" of the law but for so long. Mueller knew that he would never get to "indict" that other scum/shit eating slug in the Oval office. His hand was forced, but, in time, it will all come to light. Maybe, just maybe before I die...somehow good men/women will fucking
stick a 10-foot pole deep in whatever the Devil exchanged their bowels with.

P.S. Barr knows that if Congress, in particular Nadler, pursues the full report in court, that it could take years, well beyond 2020. The Republicans
have, in Trump's own words, really "stacked" the deck. They presently have
all the cards in their favor. And McConnell is busy sharpening his pitchfork.
I'm truly trying to wipe that smug look on his (Barr) face from my memory, as he dodged question after question from Congress. Fucking shitbag!

Trump's shill in the DOJoke!

I saw a great editorial that will help you understand. It uses a Democrat, rather than Trump, as the example:

"[My Mother] was unshakable in her sense of moral rectitude, viewing sins like lying, gambling and philandering as absolute corruptions of character.

And yet, through my time growing up there and going to college there, she took a devilish pride in enthusiastically supporting and voting for the four-term Democratic governor, Edwin Edwards, a cocksure, gambling womanizer who would end up in federal prison in 2002 for bribery and extortion.

On the surface, it doesn’t make sense that my mother, who thought herself a moralist, would find a champion in a flaunting immoralist, but she did as did many other Louisiana voters." More about the explanation at

SLOPPYSECONDS is just plain crazy. Hatred and lies have derailed his thought processes for ... years, quite possibly. Reality? No longer makes a dent.

On the June 21 episode of Preet Bharara’s podcast, “Stay Tuned with Preet,” a listener called in to ask about the legal meaning of the word “collusion.” Bharara and his two guests were quick to set the record straight; the term collusion, despite its frequent use, has no actual legal definition outside of antitrust law. Instead, Bharara raised a different question for his guests: If collusion has no legal meaning in the context of the Russia investigation, then “why has the word … captured everyone’s attention?” What’s more, how did a word with no legal relevance to the case become so associated with the Trump-Russia allegations?

You can read the rest here, but short answer is that the word was used by Manafort, one of Trump's guys. Manafort knows nothing. Mueller, on the other hand, knows the word collusion is synonymous with what-the-fuck-are-you-talking-about? Mueller would never use that word, collusion, in the context of anything, ever.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s February 2018 indictment charging 13 Russian individuals and entities with conspiracy might have put the concept of conspiracy in play. Read about those Russians:

There is another group of Russians indicted. They worked directly for Putin:

Say hello to them, rue/1kiki and Signym, our Russian Trolls for Firefly.

So why did Mueller not indict Trump? It is NOT because Trump is innocent. It is because Mueller was ordered/commanded/required NOT to indict the President. Everybody else in the world is a target for Mueller, except for the President.

“The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions,” says the Head of the Justice Department, Barr, very recently appointed by Trump especially to protect Trump from Mueller. But some lawyers have argued that the nation’s founders could have included a provision in the Constitution shielding the president from prosecution, but did not do so, suggesting an indictment would be permissible. According to this view, immunity for the president violates the fundamental principle that nobody is above the law.

I'm using the word "collusion" because that's what the know-nothings (that means YOU TOO, SLOPPYSECONDS) here have been using, but the real word is "conspiracy".

TRUMP WASN'T FOUND INDICTABLE ON THAT, EITHER.

Deal with it.

Deal with this: Mueller was told by Barr that the final Mueller Report cannot indict Trump. “The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions,” says the Head of the Justice Department, Barr, very recently appointed by Trump especially to protect Trump from Mueller. Barr did not have the guts to tell Mueller not to indict Russians. Mueller indicted Putin's people, on the Kremlin's payroll. Here are the indictments:

Go back to what the letter said: “did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

Even if Mueller were inhibited from indicting Trump, Jared, Trump Jr, Flynn, Manafort ... NONE of these people were recommended for indictment of "conspiracy" or "coordination".

It is worse than you believe because it was Russians doing all the useful thinking about how to win an election, since none of the Trump people can, especially goofy Jared and the two dummy Trump sons. Why bother indicting those three stuffed shirts? On the other hand, the Russians sure were smarter than Trump's people. Mueller indicted the Russian masterminds behind Trump's win:
www.justice.gov/file/1035477/download
www.justice.gov/file/1080281/download

I think Trump needs to directly hire the Russians to run his 2020 campaign and cut out his in-laws, children, and middlemen. Hire the best Russians and get the best results, I say.

Come to think of it, if Trump hires the Russian masterminds, and places them officially on his payroll, then there is no way to legally complain about Russian interference in the 2020 American elections. These are Trump employees first, not Russians. Trump can get them work permits and everything is perfectly legal.
