In any family, a 72-year-old man who spoke this way would be the subject of urgent discussions. Trump's trouble accessing words, summoning long-term memories, and naming a famous man in front of him could indicate mental deterioration. Add the crazy talk about windmills and cancer, coming from the leader of the free world, and you get a situation that ought to alarm everyone. This situation is complicated by Trump's long and deep record of lying to suit his purpose.
Call Mueller. He can look into Trump's head. But before that Mueller could read to us some excerpts from his most recent report, bypassing Barr.

Speaking of spouting nonsense, that's what you've been doing nonstop since you developed Trump Derangement Syndrome. Take, for exaple, your last post. The "Mueller investigation" that you call for is beyond Mueller's remit. So, no, Mueller CANNOT "look into Trump's head" because
1) Legally he's not empowered to do so, and
2) Professionally that would be beyond his expertise anyway, and Mueller's opinion would be irrelevant, at best.
Maybe if you'd stop attacking on all fronts and ... oh yeah, lying ... and stop responding to the voice in your head but actually be cognizant of WHAT OTHER PEOPLE POST ... we could have an actual discussion.

Luckily the 25th Amendment was designed for the case when Trump goes funny in the head. None of the decision makers need be doctors or Muellers: Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
