Man are our local trolls stupid or what? The Southern district of NY has filed indictments stating Trump conspired with Cohen to commit elections fraud. Cohen has been sentenced to three years in prison for it. Trump is next. He has been named in the indictment as person number 1.

When they do come for him it will be with this and much much more.

That's all nice and interesting, but what it will really do is reduce the number of votes he gets in 2020. If he loses that election, then his problems begins. He will pardon himself for everything, and after years of litigation the GOP controlled Supreme Court will agree he can, but his tax cheating will finally catch up with him. Same as Nixon and his Vice President Agnew, Trump won't go to jail for anything, but he can't pardon his way out of paying his taxes. Agnew had to pay his taxes. Nixon had to pay his taxes despite President Ford pardoning Nixon. Trump will pay, too, but only after a long, long litigation process, much like this:

Students of Professor John F. Banzhaf III from the George Washington University Law School found four residents of the state of Maryland willing to put their names on a case that sought to have Agnew repay the state $268,482, the amount it was said he had taken in bribes, including interest and penalties, as a public employee. After two appeals by Agnew, he finally paid the sum in 1983. In 1989, Agnew applied unsuccessfully for this sum to be treated as tax-deductible.

How many people has Trump pardoened so far?

(Here's a hint: Six pardons, two commutations)

How many people did Bill Clinton pardon?

(Here's another hint: 42 commutations and 450 pardons). Now, of those Clinton pardons, how many were involved in scandal?

Aside from pardoning Susan Mcdougal, who protected the Clintons from the the fallout of the Whitewater scandal, Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, whose ex-wife donated $450,000 dollars to the Clinton library and $1,000,000 to the Clinton campaign.

Many of Clintons other pardons ran into severe criticism too: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Clinton_pardons_controversy

I look at the Clinton family as a crime family; do you? And, why not?

You yipe about the stupidest things, JO. Stop being like SECOND. If you're going to yipe about Trump, why not do it over things that are important? And if not that, at least yipe about things that are different than the Clintons?

The Obama crime family has 1,715 commutations (including 504 life sentences) and 212 pardons. Trump should find some way to lock these felons back in jail because of their association with Master Criminal Mind Barack Obama.

Signym, I can run a company AND comment on Trump: Daniel Dale of the Toronto Star, who has spent more time than most listening to Trump speeches and meticulously detailing his relentless lies, confidently declared that the CPAC address was the most bizarre of Trump’s presidency. Trump’s creepy CPAC address is just the latest example of his public unraveling. There’s not one working member of the Washington press corps who watched Trump’s epic and unsettling CPAC meltdown and thought, “He’s seems stable, and I have no questions about his mental capacity.”

There's no way that anyone reading YOUR posts (Trump should find a way to lock up these criminals) and imagine that YOU'RE stable. Seriously, SECOND, you have some deep emotional issues festering in that skull.

And if we want to see more looney-tunes, all we need to do is read REAVERBOT's posts.

Most of you people have been driven by the media to madness; but you, SECOND, you were there already.

Signym, you never called Trump your Rock of Gibraltar, he was your "loose cannon". Do you remember Trump chanting "Lock her up"? Remember that if Korea makes one more threat "They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen"? Trump is not a guy who takes his words or his job seriously. He is a clown, maybe insane. Thousands of mental health professionals agree: Trump is dangerous. He obviously has psychological symptoms reflective of emotional compulsion, impulsivity, poor concentration, narcissism and recklessness.

I listened to the speech, the WHOLE speech, not just some snippets picked out for you by a relentlessly hostile press. Trump was having fun; he was sometimes joking and sometimes being sarcastic and at times he stretched the truth until it snapped, but overall I didn't find anything particularly worrisome. That's just a NYC-style of storytelling. Heard it before many times from lots of people who are btw bright and insightful. Grab a beer, remove that stick that's up your ass, and relax.

MY problem with Trump has nothing to do with his speaking style. It's that he's consistently appointed the wrong people and that his foreign policy ... the one area where he CAN make a difference .... is constantly being derailed by people like Bolton and Kushner.

Jo said indictments, not pardons - do you know the difference? Do you know presidents do the majority of their pardons right before their term is up? And if the last 10 presidents were criminals would that make any difference to what Trump is? Of course not - but you know that. O, the web we weave, when at first... That's what happens when you're fueled by being a Trump fan girl.
