Wrong as usual. For 8 years Obama hovered around 50%, while Dump is around 40% so far.
Maybe you were looking at how Republicans viewed Obama?
No. I was looking at the approval vs. disapproval for the direction the country is headed... which is MUCH higher right now than it ever was during Obama's presidency (Save for two months during Obama's first year as President).
That's a more important statistic in my eyes than the popularity contest revolving around one man.
Citations in a previous post to the Gallup polling data on that fact dating back to 1983.
