Except it is. Polling is a science, definitely an inexact one - especially when Russian hacking isn't taken into account - but when such interference doesn't happen and the normal plus and minus is taken in to account, it's a good indicator of future results. Percentage-wise, the world does hate Trump. The world does see him as a baby man, a crude caricature and one so obviously worthy of mocking and belittling. You can be a Nationalist without putting a racist connotation by saying "White" before it.
