Even though I don't personally care much for Trump the longer he stays in office, this is the one thing that I've said had been going on since the start. High level government people on both sides of the aisle have been exposed for corruption, quit on their laughable moral grounds or just fired for plain incompetence at record numbers in the last 2 years.

One would imagine that any site that does back up that claim today is one of the very same sites that had Hillary winning by a landslide 2 years ago at this time.

Why would he resign? It's a long shot, but he might for a similar reason Nixon resigned: pressure from his party. Yes, that seems very unlikely, but Trump isn't done insulting everyone in the world that could do himself and "his" party harm, and we have yet to hear from Mueller who may have some evidence of some explosive wrong doing. So who knows - the situation is fluid. If you believe as I do that Trump is definitely not a quitter, that he'd rather spend the rest of his first term effortlessly, shamelessly spinning lies, then what is fascinating to think of is if he were impeached and found guilty, how would they remove him if he said, "I'm not leaving! Come and get me" What the heck would that look like?!?

The article is pretty convoluted and states several polls. The quote you put here doesn't specify which poll in question, nor are there any links to the polls themselves or information about the demographics that were polled.
The only thing in the article that correlates with the quote you put here is this other quote:

If we're going to talk seriously about any polling, they need to link to the actual polls, or do better when showing the demographics of the polling. This doesn't cut it:
