A more functional system would be the Judge Dredd system, where Trump cannot refuse to talk to Mueller and where Trump gets executed if he gives the wrong answer. No waiting for justice.

Rather than be amazed by how professional Mueller is Jack shows he is clueless and can't follow along. No surprise there.
Hey Jack, 33 indictments, 26 are Russian, 4 were top trump cabinet members or managers of his campaign. 3 were Russian companies and that's just the tip of the iceberg dummy.
I've said it before and I'll remind you. Mueller hasn't even gotten to Assange yet. Or Trump JR, or Stone, or the son in law. And so on and so on.
