I think the germane portions here are establishing justice, insuring domestic tranquility, and promoting the general welfare.
Blumpy is not doing any of that. He seems to delight in sowing chaos, torturing children, and robbing the working class.
He (like any narcissist,) loves to lie and gaslight, apparently for his own amusement, as much as anything else.
He's going down, hopefully sooner than later. It will take years to fix the damage he's already done.
It's a real commentary on the Republicans that they prefer to cower behind him, rather than call a fascist a fascist.
There are simply no patriots on the right in 2018.

U.S. officials are choosing to disregard Donald Trump’s orders. It’s an alarming dynamic, of course, because our system of government isn’t supposed to work this way, but it’s nearly as troubling that Trump doesn’t seem to notice. He seems to make official declarations, assuming his orders will be followed, but he fails to do any follow up.
On his first day in office Trump all but sabotaged the White House hiring office and, in consequence, appointed hardly anyone to subcabinet posts out in the executive agencies. Every student of government knows that controlling the bureaucracy is crucial, and to do that you need your own people in as many jobs as possible. Everyone knows this. But Trump doesn’t care. He's a scumbag.

They told us they could hit a couple computer keys and reunite all
the kidnapped asylum seeking children with their parents. Until a
federal judge actually ordered them to do it, that is, and then it
was like no way can do.
The final court imposed deadline has now passed. The Trump evil
Keystone Cops administration officials were given 30 days to get
these lost children back with their families. And STILL nearly 1,000
are in indefinite confinement limbo.
Their parents are begging for us not to forget them.
So what's the excuse now, other than the fact that they have already
trashed the records of who the rightful parents of these kidnapped
children are, or are at the same time aggressively trying to move
these children into foster homes to make the kidnapping permanent?
HHS now argues that many of real parents of these children are
so-called "ineligible," as if they happily signed away their parental
rights. When the truth is that they were stampeded in mass cattle
call court appearances into signing pieces of paper they could not
understand, while being told if they did not do so they would never
see their children again.
At the same time these children were lied to and told that their
parents had actually intentionally abandoned them. When the truth is
they were forcefully deported, even as they were pleading for return
of their children.
Trump is fond of calling the investigation of his crimes a disgrace,
and a stain on America, repeating himself like a interminable broken
record.
The cruel and heartless stealing of these children is the real
disgrace, the real stain on America. Though so many other Trump
scandals are competing for that title.
And the only way to wash away the stain is to hold Trump fully
responsible for everything he is responsible for. Not only is Trump
smearing the foreign election conspiracy investigation in general, he
is growing increasingly ugly in his attacks on Mueller personally,
yesterday accusing Mueller himself of doing "dirty work."
That's not going to go over well with those at the Special Counsel's
office, who were already intensively monitoring Trump's each and
every tweet for evidence of intent of obstruction of justice, that we
can tell you.
We can't think of a better way to make Mueller more determined than
ever to throw the book at Trump, even if he wasn't already planning
on indicting Trump while in office (our longstanding prediction). All
Mueller has to do is ASK Rosenstein for permission to do so. Any
opinion that he cannot or shouldn't is just that, an otherwise
non-binding, much lower that Supreme Court level, administrative
opinion.
Mueller is strongly motivated to see justice DONE. He lives for
nothing else.
And justice will NOT be done by just delivering an investigative
report to a Congress that will never convict Trump in the Senate,
even if impeached in the House, because Republicans are only
interested in nullifying Mueller's conclusions. If Mueller did not
know that already, the increasingly strident attacks on him also by
Congress should deliver that message quite clearly.
