Jack you act as though this is a one off. If it was I would have let it go. Instead because I've witnessed many times the cruel way you and JSF treat wish I decided to call you out.
I'll have nothing more to say on the matter because as you always forget, we don't do this in General Discussions.

I can't speak for JSF, but once again, I invite you to show me any instances where I attacked Wishy or treated her "cruelly" where she hasn't been the first one to instigate it.

Big firefly fan however, I am autonomous, or should I say I have agency. The capacity to make choices. So I chose to not be an unconditional fan. Of Joss of anyone else like that.
I agree with most of you with the "what's up with that" obsession. Couple things though:
- those panels have to be hell for the actors for answering questions. Almost any answer - even innocent ones - can sound phony or cringeworthy. Please note the high school antics of the guys. You have to be a great actor to be serious in those situations.
- "write about your passions" - so I don't blame him for choosing "Victorian women with special powers" stuff. That's his wheel house. My only thought was it's getting a bit stale sounding by now.
I look forward to what he comes up with.

As for getting another section, sure. But, the Castle threads and SHIELD section never got much action. This new Joss show is for people that have HBO, so I doubt it will have much word of mouth traffic. I actually don't know anyone here where I live who even has HBO.

The suburbs have pretty much been integrated since the late 90's. Every job I've had in the last 20 years has been pretty diverse. It would be really hard to be a racist and go to work everyday when you're no more a "majority" then anybody else is.
