The Department of Education was enacted in 1979 and established in 1980.
I did not catch if the analysis pointed out the dissolution of Physical Education in schools, the subsequent exchange of fitness and physical knowledge for pot and other drugs - and the ensured escalation of substances.
In the biorythm models, the 3 phases of mental, physical, and emotional development and exercise are interrelated, and missing a robust physical component will allow the emotional to suffer.
