I find myself grateful that I live in a country that allows movies like this to be made and shown to the public, but at the same time very disappointed that enough people go to see them that they keep being made.
I can only imagine what watching movies like this do to a person that is hopped up on a prescribed dose of whatever poison their drug dealers in white labcoats addled their brains with.

Yep. Required reading back in 1995. Why do I doubt that it still is today?
My brother knew I liked the book and somehow was able to buy the exact same hardcover edition that we read in High School for my birthday one year. I've always meant to get around to re-reading that for the first time since I was 15 years old. I wonder how much different it will be to me 23 years later.

I just saw a trailer for Testament of Youth (2014) with Alicia Vikander and Dominic West and the cinematographer from Ex Machina.
It is an autobiography. Don't think that he heard of it before, but seems interesting enough i should check it out.

Suspect Zero. Although the exact events of the story are not likely based upon actual events, the whole basis and practice of the portrayed procedure are based on actual practices, which most viewers are likely to not believe. The Bonus Material on the DVD includes the excellent Demonstration for the Director, staged for him to better understand how to film the process.

The Rookie, Nathan Fillion. His love interest is reportedly Melissa O'Neil, another Canadian. His Sergeant is apparently played by Richard T Jones (Terminator: TSCC) and I itch to hear those 2 sharing stories about Summer.
Hacksaw Ridge.
Walking Tall, Joe Don Baker
Brubaker. The first role I recall Morgan Freeman in.
Belle. This the the best role I've seen Gu Gu in so far, with Cloverfield not out yet.
