Like many important things, voting registration is a halfass process in the USA. Unsurprisingly, American elections are halfass, too, despite the billions spent on making voting a sensible, reasonable process. And then there is Russia, where Putin's people stuff the ballot box.

In either case (Republican or Democrat), you wouldn't get a number of over 100% when dead people voted. The only reason that those votes counted in the first place is because even though the people are dead they are still valid on the voter rolls until after the SSA death list is merged with it. Only in hindsight, after this purge takes place, could there be a vote of more than 100%.

Large scale, since so many registered voters chose to stay home, these numbers would never be apparent. However, if one did investigate smaller wards with all of this information they could probably find examples of this happening.

The question is how does a civilian get this information? The answer is probably "they don't".

Civilians are legally permitted to view published newspapers.
This data and percentage figures were usually published 2 days after Election Day. Not enough time for your Libtard delusion excuses to apply. Did you think that Criminal Democraps are going to abide selected laws that you choose?

If you have a building with 5 legally eligible voters and 6 votes are tallied from within that building, the voter turnout is 120%. If 7 ballots are tallied, the turnout is 140%.

Unless you show proof that this is what is happening, I'm going to say that it has never happened. I'm not aware of any scenario in American history where more votes were counted than were actual registered voters.

What I am saying is that a lot of people who were registered to vote should not have been able to because they were already dead.

The problem is that these purges "supposedly" happen once per year, and not right before an election takes place.

I've said a few times in these forums when we discuss things like Voter ID's that one thing that should be put into law is that immediately before votes take place that the SSA should have to purge all voter lists of deceased voters so this type of data manipulation is impossible.
