Universal and Joss should say something.

This is deja vu. Didn't this movie and the title already come up like 6 months ago?
I don't think there can be any lawsuits. I'm not sure how copyright law covers movie titles, but I've seen examples of two unrelated movies having the same name before... sometimes even coming out right near each other.
The only example that comes to mind right now is Blown Away.
Blown Away 1993: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103843/?ref_=nv_sr_1
Blown Away 1994: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0109303/?ref_=nv_sr_2
That's actually surprising to me. I was sure that the Haim/Eggert movie had come out afterward and tried to ape off the "success" of the Bridges/Jones movie. Speaking of which, it wasn't a success... it was a complete failure.
Hmmmmmmm.... I haven't seen the movie in probably 20 years. I liked it back when it came out. $50 million seems insane for a budget for a movie of that nature back in 1994. I'd bet that Jones pocketed most of that money himself since he was pretty big back around that time.

My favorite same title movies are Red(2008) and RED(2010).
Brian Cox appears in both of them.

One of my all-time favorite films is Hero, with (uncredited) Chevy Chase, Geena Davis, Tom Arnold, Stephen Tobolowsky, Maury Chaykin, Susan Cusack, Andy Garcia, Marita Garaghty, Dustin Hoffman, Don Davis, Edward German, Fisher Stevens, Richard Reihle, Kevin O'Connor, Jeff Garvin, Cady Huffman, Daniel Baldwin, Joan Cusack. Marita, Tobolowsky also worked together the next year in Groundhog Day, and Geena started in Tootsie with Dustin and then in Fletch with Chevy.
But it is not the only film with that title.
When I have told people that Arrival is the best film, or Sci-Fi film of 2016, some go watch a Charlie Sheen version.

Charlie Sheen's version was "The Arrival". That was a great movie.

I still haven't seen it. It's on my very short list of movies to watch though. I don't think I've seen a movie since the summer time.
