Super Troopers are essentially doofuses or retards in u iform, maybe they smoke pot.
In this sequel some border with Canada gets moved, and they are selected as the interim cop agency.
So it seems like a lowbrow version of Canadian Bacon. So should have Canadian humor, or humor about Canada.
