The Abuses at FBI that we've been talking about for the past year (and refreshed on 2 February) culminated in and around October of 2016. ALL of these Abuses occurred under Obama or his Appointees. ALL of the root Abuses occurred under Obama's stewardship.

Wray, Rosenstein, Coats were not in any way involved in the Carter Page Investigation or its fraudulently obtained FISA Warrant, which are clearly the Abuses detailed in The "Nunes" Memo, which everybody else seems to agree is the subject matter of Trump's tweeter.

You claim Comey is a Republican. Comey testified that he is Independent, Unaffiliated, and not registered with any party. As one of Clinton's US Attorneys, he was in VA. Later he was in NY, where you must be registered with some party in order to vote. Republicans in NY are essentially Democraps in any normal place. Then Comey was in Maryland, Connecticut, and Columbia Law School - hardly bastions of conservatism. Appointed by Obama in 2013 as FBI Director, clearly the sign of a Republican.

Wray did not hold any Public Office during all of 2016.
Trump's tweet refers to The "Nunes" Memo, which lays out the Abuses of FBI/DoJ leadership during the investigation of Carter Page and his FISA Warrant, applied for and granted in October 2016.
Despite your claims of what CNN claims, in the Real World Wray, Coats, Rosenstein, Trump did not hold Public Office in FBI or DoJ in October 2016. So Trump was not tweeting about people who were not there. Trump was smart enough to be tweeting about the people who were there, despite the inability of you or CNN to comprehend simple American English.
