The text cited by Silver was actually written by Strzok. In other words, if Strzok was part of an FBI conspiracy to deliver the election to Clinton, he did a very poor job.
It appears Trump not only owes Strzok an apology but a thank you card.
FBI shows they are the professionals, Trump is the turd.

I don't believe the FBI should be disbanded.
I don't have time to read the memo right now to make an opinion of my own, but if there is evidence in there of what you say then it has been exposed and now is the time to fix the problem.
Ever notice, JSF, that most of us not attacking Trump still argue with each other about things, but those who are against Trump all sound exactly the same?
Just another pattern I've been noticing around here.
