So, FBI is a Democrap sockpuppet, covering up crimes and Treason by Libtards, and maliciously persecuting any reasonable and honest citizen for made-up indiscretions.

CIA is scary, don't recall if they are proven Democrap sockpuppet, but Valerie Plame rings a bell. Wouldn't be too surprised.

NSA certainly is a Democrap sockpuppet, hello runaway unmasking and invasion of every citizen's privacy.

And now we have the Renewable Fuel Standard invading emails of Citizens, covering up crimes of Libtards, commuting crimes by targeting innocent Citizens for imaginary crimes.

Cow plops. The FBI, CIA, and NSA are all part of the Intelligence Communites and all report to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). They are also all part of DHS. The intelligence agencies do share information, and have been reported to make use of NSA's secret database of information which has been gathered both legally and illegally, then constructing a plausible story to account for the information which they (technically) shouldn't have.
