Sorry I neglected to tell ya guys: Cathy and I took a mini-vacation and used the hotel stay she won on Halloween. We REALLY needed it!

Woo hoo! Welcome back everyone! I've missed you all 
How was everyone's Thanksgiving? mine was much more low key than it usually is cuz instead of having at least 6 guests in addition to our own 6 person familiy (10 if you count the dog and our 3 cats, who ate more turkey than I did), we only had my uncle visiting for a week from Holland. but we had a lot of fun and the food was great as always.
