LGBTQ/straight xtian, pro-life/pro-choice, Dem/Repub, white/POC, women/men - etc. thanks to identity politics. We are SO splintered, we can no longer think of ANY common purpose, which prevents the vast majority of people from achieving anything of our common interests. Who benefits? Only the 0.01%
Some of those splinter groups use violence to achieve their ends, and people are being polarized on whether that's a good thing or not. Really. We seem to be on a slippery slope towards out-and-out internecine warfare. Who benefits? Nobody but the 0.01%.
