Anyone else watching "The Last Ship" on TNT?

No, I only had a week but didn't get finished watching it. Took it back to my library and was able to sign it out again.

I was happy to see Dichen Lachman again - she seems to be doing well at getting some good roles in higher quality shows - not just window dressing in a Charlie Sheen farce. I didn't recall knowing that she would be in it.
The premise of having the entire command structure of the only remaining combat ship in the world off boat for a party did seem quite lackluster. Maybe the idiot writers for Gravity were lent for this season opener episode.

Dichen is the helo pilot. Sasha is played by Bridget Regan.

Dichen plays Jesse, Sasha's friend with the helo.
She's had wonderful roles in Dollhouse, Agents of SHIELD, Last Resort (US Sub, LS reminds me of this), The 100, Shameless, Supergirl, King & Maxwell.

Otherwise, the rest of those shows I have considered to be quality productions, not lame fluff.
And I'm trying to catch Lust For Love to see what all of the Whedonverse alum accomplished.

So far with this season, seems to be a lot more killing off of the cast. As if Joss got loaned to the writers group.

He just now mentioned he believes something on TV (in sarcasm) because he saw it on "Adam Baldwin's show The Last Ship"
