It's already invented, but they are more expensive and the mass produced ones all come with balls, for some reason. I think it's for double use as in strap on's so they balance, but you'd have to ask Morena about that.

So I did a google search for "why do dildos have balls". I thought the commentary would be funnier than it was. Just a bunch of women on women sites speaking matter of factually about the pros and cons of balls on dildos and why they do or don't like them. I was disappointed to say the least....
