Yeah, 4 hours was such a joke. With enough climaxes and a 24-hour marathon, the wind can get taken out of the sail a few times, but there were definitely a few 6 hour stretches there.
They were just trying to scare us Lotharios into taking drugs for normal healthy conditions.
