Maybe Trump will try doing all three (fiasco, snafu and scandal) out of boredom with running an ordinary election campaign. He craves more stimulation. The worse the crisis he creates the happier Trump is. He is addicted to drama, the opposite pole from No Drama Obama.
I'm just enjoying the drama here. Y'all keep doing what you're doing though. You know what they say about the definition of insanity being doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result and all.
Bush got re-elected mainly because of two big lies that he told. He was going to privatize social security and was going to make a constitutional ammendment to ban gay marriage, and that was enough to put an unpopular president during an unpopular war over the top.
On that occasion, I'm glad he was lying to us and didn't pursue it. It was a ridiculous piece of legislature that Obama or anyone else would have overturned that the second he got into office and it would be another scar on the Constitution.

The Presidency as a soap opera in Real Life ...
Not just a silly movie this time?
This is scary to me like handing my car keys to a drunk teen-ager.
Many of us in the Olde School are really appalled ... I hadn't realized
that many don't know the difference between TV (both "reality TV" &
TV for entertainment) and Real Life. I should understand it, tho, since
I've often tried to make my real life more like fantasyland.
Since the election, my hope has been that he'll continue to offend so
often, so badly, that even the far right will reject him.

At some point it's really not much different than joining Scientology.
You seem to be taking that to the extreme though and saying that the only reason that he has made many poor life choices is because he listened to Rush. And you double down on it by, once again, flaunting your great lifestyle and saying the only reason that you are doing so well is because you're a left extremist yourself.
Rush did not tell him to crash his Harley. And if he is truly brain damaged and that's not just you insulting anybody who doesn't see things your way again, I'm going to say that the source of that brain damage was much more likely the motorcycle crash than reading books by Rush.
I'm not sure what your point about the Harley was anyway? Are you saying that he bought a Harley because Rush told him to only buy American, and that if he had bought a crotch rocket instead that he wouldn't have crashed it?
You're points are all over the map.

A typical day at www.rushlimbaugh.com/ will have Rush telling misleading stories and making claims or drawing conclusions he can’t prove. This goes on for hours and tomorrow Rush will do it again and the same listeners will be back. What kind of person would listen to Rush? Do they have all their marbles? No they don’t, but I am drawing my conclusion from a small sample size of Texas Republicans whose personal incompetence in the biggest decisions of life is noteworthy. Where you are from, whatever state, maybe, just maybe, Rush listeners are not a bunch of dumb asses in the real world. You are very lucky. (By "dumb ass" I don't mean Republican. I mean they make dumb mistakes that cost money, jobs, marriages and health. These aren't trivial mistakes. One has two strikes: negligent homicide and accidental poisoning of his wife. She is very dead. I'll add a little moral: pay less attention to what Trump or Rush say and more attention to their own lives.)

Rush’s Famous Quotes for Today!
"Did you see that today is a Day Without Women? Have you heard that? It's something like that, a Day Without Women rally. The organizers here are encouraging women not to shop. Now, how much do you want to bet that idea was cooked up by their husbands?" Maybe a little context will help? Rush is now on wife #4. I can appreciate that point of view O. Unfortunately we don't ever hear much from the Olde School left. It's drowned out by the new wave leftists' cry baby tantrums on a daily basis. It's hard to reject the President when conservatives can sit back and look at the MSM and how crazy the loud SJW left has been since the election and they get daily reminders of what we didn't get by voting Clinton in.
Like I said... their behavior is a better re-election advertisement than anything he could actually pay for.

I'm old school Jack. It's why I'm appalled. I post the same reasons for being appalled that Oon is speaking about. Yet you dismiss them all. I'm a centrist Jack.

depends on your def. of real liberal. not classical liberal. I'm pretty sure Trump is that. The other thing he is, is President of the United States. Jack is right. It did rub me the wrong, way, a little too derogatory. Like Bush or Chimp, or if someone had said that Obama was not a valid president because he was ... (oh anything, you know that no one would have gotten away with it) but it would have been wrong. Bush and Obama were terrible presidents because of their policies, not because they had big ears.
Props for the Boshe Moi comment. I'm sure that Putin think just that from time to time. Those exact two words. He's not jewish enough for Oy Vey.
