Adam sings?

I just got the DVD here in the UK (region 2.) The notes say that the special features include Adam singing "The Hero of Canton." I can't find it. Is it an Easter egg?

1. Insert Disc 4.
2. From the main menu, select Special Features.
3. Select More.
4. Highlight, but do not select, "Joss Sings the Firefly Theme".
5. Press Left-Arrow, highlighting the ornament above.
6. Press SELECT.

Or if you're on a computer, as I am, click on the click on the pattern just to the left of the picture.
