in the UK, a severe frost brings everything to a standstill, all the kids pray for snow and it never happens!

Here in TN a quarter inch of snow can close schools and cause a massive rush to clear store shelves of bread and milk. I think every kid should have at least one snow day a year...but if frost closes schools, that's good too!
