The scary thing is that it's not just them. My brother lived with me for a few years after he got out of the army. At the time he came out during the Bush administration, he was a "good soldier". It took me a few years to get him to see the bullshit and the lies. There was no way he was going to vote for Hillary, but he didn't vote for Trump either, and this was one of the reasons he spouted off about why he couldn't vote for Trump.
He doesn't keep up on news like he used to now that he has a wife and kid and a few dogs. He gets his news in sound bytes and word of mouth and it wasn't until after I showed him the video of this incident, as well as what he said about illegal immigrants that he was shocked at how wrong the narrative was.
People on the far Right and Left were always going to vote for their side. Fortunately, enough people "in the middle" are just so sick of the bullshit that these things didn't even matter to them in the end.

Some of those women alleged things that couldn't possibly have happened, such as the woman who claimed Trump came on to her at a concert in FL when no such concert had been scheduled for anywhere near that time, or the woman who claimed that Trump groped her on a plane when the armrests between the seats were fixed, not able to be moved.
Except for events that appear to have been debunked, I neither believe nor disbelieve that they happened. Unless some EVIDENCE comes forward in either (or both!) directions, it takes more than an allegation (an accusation without evidence) to convince me. You seem to believe that a blizzard of allegations MUST mean there is something behind them .... yanno, like the blizzard of "Iraq WMD" allegations.

The fact is that he is a shitty businessman, during a time when drugs and girls were more plentiful than clean water. The sniffing thing doesn't take Sherlock to figure out.
