Heard of Dugin, but didn't know much about him, so I looked him up. Dugin, in his own words:
I don't understand his love of Erdogan. Erdogan is a snake, and anyone who deals with him does best with their boot heel on his head.
Maybe I'm an Alex Jones follower?
Nah, I'm not a theist either. Well, darn. I don 't know WHAT I am!

Footage: ‘Moderate Rebels’ Fire US-Supplied Anti-Tank Missile On Civilians Walking Street In Southern Aleppo
The recently appeared footage shows so-called “moderate rebels” firing a US-supplied anti-tank guided missile on people walking down the street in southern Aleppo.
The video released on December 28. The incident took place in the Dahiet Al Assad area.
Pro-militant sources claim that people on the video were “regime fighters”, but fail to provide any evidence of this.
The video does not allow to identify these people as armed fighters.
Most likely, the so-called “moderate opposition” just killed another group of civilians returning homes in the souhthern part of Aleppo.

SEPARATING SHEEP FROM GOATS, CONT'D:
Quote:
An intensive infighting has erupted between ringleaders of the Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (previously known as the al-Nusra Front) and Ahrar al-Sham terrorist groups due to disagreements over merger plans.
Mosleh al-Aliani, a Saudi mufti, associated with Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, accused the council of Ahrar al-Sham of disrupting plans for merging with the al-Nusra Front.
According to al-Aliani, the council of Ahrar al-Sham voted against the merger and prevented its implementation, despite the fact that earlier head of Ahrar al-Sham, Abu Ammar al-Umar, had agreed with plans to merge with the Jabhat Fateh al-Sham and Nour al-Din al-Zenki groups. The council believes that the merge may lead to inclusion of Ahrar al-Sham to the list of globally declared terrorist organizations.
However, Abu al-Bara Ma’arshamarin, a senior commander of Ahrar al-Sham, refuted the statement of al-Aliani and said that the council of the group did not hold a vote on joining to other militant groups.
Meanwhile, Hessam Salamah, another senior commander of Ahrar al-Sham, said that Jabhat Fateh al-Sham canceled a meeting, which was planned to be held without any prerequisite, and deferred implementation of the merger, explaining this step by the fact that such decisions should be taken by deputy Emir and military commander of the group. At the same time, commanders of the two other groups were ready to start the talks without any preconditions.
On Tuesday, the Fars news agency reported, citing unnamed battlefield sources, that a group, affiliated to Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, attacked a headquarters of the Free Idlib Army in Ma’rat Harama village in the southern parts of Idlib, killed its two field commanders, Ahmad al-Khatib and Younis Zariq, and then fled the scene.
According to the sources, an outpost of Ahrar al-Sham, located in al-Habit village in southern Idlib was also attacked by another group, which also managed to kill three members of the terrorist group.

Early signs are that this Russian-sponsored "ceasefire" will end up like all other Russian-sponsored ceasefires. Siggy, provide us with the line from Russian state propaganda if you will?

The United Nations on Tuesday has backtracked and amended its language when it said that the aid convoy in Syria’s Aleppo was “attacked” instead of it being targeted through “air strikes,” a spokesman said. “We are not in position to determine whether these were in fact air strikes,” the spokesman added.

Yanno what, KRAPO? I don't believe the UN report. Having looked at the pictures and the videos myself I can find evidence of only ONE potential bomb, which hit a warehouse, not "multiple" bombs, and certainly not "powerful" ones. If the trucks had been hit by a "powerful" bombs or missiles they would be far more damaged, and so would the structures around them. The trucks, though charred, are intact. There is some indication on one car of having been hit by debris, and there are a few chunks of concrete near the car. Since nobody seems to be bothered with providing detailed images what their analysis was based on, my guess is that the car was near the warehouse, and was hit by flying debris.
There is a tail fin of a rocket embedded in the warehouse debris ... boxes of goods which are curiously uncharred and undamaged. A person familiar with Russian ordnance posted that if the tail fin was part of its regularly associated bomb, the whole warehouse would have been destroyed, and all of the goods in it.
The UN report makes reference to "a" crater, not multiple craters. There is no indication where this crater is, and whether or not its even near the trucks. Or the warehouse.
Maybe the "White Helmets" ... those masters of disinformation ... set up the "airstrike" evidence ... you CAN explode propane tanks, for example ... to simulate "bomb" damage. But I point out, once again, that the trucks were burned, not bombed. There is far too much fire damage than can be accounted for by a bomb, and not enough explosive damage to indicate a "bombing run". Bellingcrap, for example, points to a "recently repaired crater" in the road next to one (charred) truck as evidence of a "bomb" ... basically it's a round dark splotch on the road which could be anything ... but they are so anxious to blame the Russians that they don't even ask themselves this question: Since the trucks are in "rebel" held territory, why the hell would "rebels" repair the road to cover up bomb damage which THEY say was caused by the Russians or Syrians? There isn't even logical sense in what they claim.
The explanation has to fit ALL of the evidence, not just some of it. I would need to know why there was so much fire damage and so little bomb damage. I would like to know where the cater(s) are and how close they are to the trucks. I guess I'd like to see good aerial/ satellite images with their purported explanations, and try to compare them to the videos from the ground, and match them up with various possible explanations and whether or not the various explanations are internally consistent - for example, it doesn't make sense to claim that bombs were dropped by helicopters AND jets, since they don't work in unison. Unless I can find more compelling evidence, I remain unconvinced.

The Red Cross and Red Crescent have completed the evacuation of some 35,000 people from eastern Aleppo. Buses and ambulances transported people to neighbouring rural areas during a week-long operation marked by stops and starts, and increasingly bad weather. One hundred critically wounded and sick patients were among the evacuees. Marianne Gasser, head of the International Committee of theNOTIFY: Y | REPLY | REPLY WITH QUOTE | PERMALINK | TOP | HOME
