Well, Michael Fairman (Niska) was Adlai Stevenson in "Thirteen Days."
Jewel Staite was on a couple of episodes of "Are You Afraid Of The Dark," where I remembered her for years without knowing her name, and then she was on "Space Cases."
I saw our Captain Nathan Fillion on some movie a week or so ago, no idea what it was. He also played the wrong Private Ryan in "Saving Private Ryan."
Adam Baldwin was in "Full Metal Jacket." Word.
Ron Glass was on "Barney Miller," of which I've only seen part of the first season. I know where Shepherd Book got to know so much about law enforcement, though!
I later recognized Carlos Jacott (Agent Dobson in "Serenity") in a small part in "Being John Malkovich." And Tom Towles (the surly drunk at the beginning of "The Train Job" who notices the brownish-color of Mal's coat) played Harry Cooper in the remake of "Night Of The Living Dead."

And Jubal Early on an old episode _Brimstone_ from a few years ago.
Thank You Kindly.

Yes she was on the X-files and played Becca for almost three years on the Disney channel show Flash Forward way back after Space Cases got canceled.
Sean was in the movie Brian Piccolo on ABC wonderful World of Disney...
Nathan was on One Life To Live, methinks, and Two guys and a girl.
Gia was ont he short lived - Cleopatra 2525
Summer was in an Episode of Angel (the horribly terrible season 3 ep waiting in the wings [well, I'm a b/aer, that's why])
Wash was in Knight's Tale.
Carlos (dobson) was in an episode of Angel. It was like the fourth one.
Jayne was in Angel for the last bit of season 5 and gia was the big bad in the last bit of season 4. Nathan was one of the big bads at the end of Buffy.

I'm surprised I forgot to mention that Richard Brooks (Jubal Early) was in the short-lived "G vs. E." That show was fun.

I too, saw Richard Brooks in an episode of Diagnosis Murder, playing a boxer who was suspected of murder.
