If you guys haven't followed the news....this 'Jihad' thing has been going on a while. Atheists writers, ex-muslims who convert to Hindu, Christian or Buddhist faith, Agnostic bloggers....are all getting attacked, bombed, hacked to death in Bangladesh so this wasn't unexpected

The Holey Artisan Bakery is in a "diplomatic" district.
One person managed to escape jumping across widows? roof? he is a restaurant supervisor and escaped with the Italian chef...as the Muslim Islamists attacked

Three students of American universities were among those killed by gunmen in Dhaka, Bangladesh, during an 10-hour hostage situation at a bakery.
Also among the murdered hostages was 19-year-old Indian citizen Tarushi Jain, a student at University of California at Berkeley, according to CNN.
Twenty of the hostages were killed, as were two officers and six of the seven attackers, according to CNN. The seventh was captured alive.
Bangladeshi military officials told CNN the attackers used guns, explosive devices and "a lot of sharp domestic weapons,” and that all hostages killed were foreigners.
The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria have claimed credit for the attack, but U.S. officials were not certain.
The attack on Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka, the nation’s capital, took place during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
The gunmen held the hostages during a 10-hour standoff.
