Yes this is happening now.
It's unbelievable and shows the desperation felt by Assad and Putin. You only manage to bomb the amount of hospitals they have if you are searching them out and targeting them.
A lack of appropriate outrage allows this to continue.

Been away myself, still away. It has been fascinating. Big city, first time using Uber. 10 rides so far, all the drivers have been from outside the US. What he says about harming the Russian people through propaganda is dead on - but it also applies to millions of Western Russophiles, like our two Putin fangirls, whose brains have been thoroughly addled. I often imagine people on this site from 4-5 years ago, in Signy's saner times, coming back and shaking their heads in disbelief at her shameless support for figures such as Putin, Le Pen and Donald Trump.

You don't drop barrel bombs from "planes", only helicopters. So somebody is lying or confused.
Also, "barrel bombs" are a very low-tech weapon which exposes the bomber to ground fire, since they need to be dropped from relatively slow-moving, low-flying helicopters. They also tend to be low yield. Anyone who is using a "barrel bomb" is scraping the bottom of the barrel, so to speak, weapons-wise.

I'll tell you what I DON'T like about Trump: I think that he has never confronted either the international banking cartel, nor the CIA-State Dept multi-headed hydra, nor the military-industrial complex. The last person to confront them was JFK (BTW, ALL immigration was illegal under JFK) and look what happened to him.
