We had a big fog this morning…couldn't see across the field!! Found a birds' nest full of eggs in one of my flower pots…nature is awesome!

Tuesday…gearing up for Bonnaroo in the town northeast of us…staying far, far away!

I'd like to go to that. But, I'm old and can't get away as easily as I used to. I'll see Dead and Co. once this month and twice next month. That will have to do!
Times are hard for old Deadheads, but we at least get a little taste of the scene now and then.

Finally…it's FRIDAY!! Lots of heat expected this weekend…luckily, a friend has just opened her pool for water-buffaloing…so that's on the agenda!

Took a while and help from a friend but I got EVERYTHING watered (except the veggie garden…that's next)..after that a retreat into A/C and a mountain of laundry!
