Which one of our favorite souled vamps should get to fulfill the prophecy? Just wondering what everyone thinks. Sorry if it has been asked already.

I vote for neither. Their nemesis, The Immortal, gets turned into a vampire but somehow he keeps his soul in the process, cuz' he's special that way.
So now there's 3 vamps with a soul and the Immortal accidentally saves the world and goes Shanshu while Angel and Spike look on speechless.

Also, that would leave him (the Immortal) effectively nameless. 
"The Mortal" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Depends on whether you're talking about which one of them 'deserves' to fulfil the prophecy or which one would make a better story. I'd say Angel in the first case, probably Spike in the second.
