Is there a date on the video? Any proof it was Russians - aside from the guy simply asserting it?

Large parts of the video are devoted to establishing how they (the citizens of Aleppo) know the planes bombing them are Russian.

Two points:

1. The source of the footage in the link is the SHAAM news network - which you have just been criticising...
2. According to the link it was a military target the rebels blew up.

You've touched on an important point about the credibility of the information coming out of Syria, I'll respond to that later.

KPO, your "# of civilians killed" figures are 50% crap.

There have been a documented 250,000 deaths by now in Syria. OF THOSE, more than half are fighting forces ... 125,000. OF THOSE, they are split roughly half-and-half between the Syrian Army and the "rebel" forces. Your sources are apparently claiming that the Syrian government ("regime") is responsible for all of the remaining civilian deaths?

I think they're basically counting the "rebels" as "civilians" so they can move those deaths from one column to another. The info coming out of Syria is entirely suspect, whether from HRW and Amnesty, or from the Syrian HRO (one guy based in London) or from the government of Syria. I'll get to HRW and Amnesty and their deficiencies later, maybe. You should be more skeptical about all of your sources.
