Well, aside from the orange tan and the crocodile tears ... I dunno.
I guess he gets what he deserves: deposed by the very troglodytes that he fostered in his quest for power. It's been the Republican tragedy for 40 years: Now the GOP is being ridden by the very evangelicals they thought they would ride to power.
With The Boner gone, the GOP is free to go off the rails.

Good riddance to the Weeping Cheeto, he's done more for the Dems than Botox Pelosi has.

"Weeping Cheeto"!
HAHAHA!
Well, do we now get to see what the GOP is truly made of?
Or will there be yet another scapegoat to blame for GOP failures?

Quote:As best he can, Boehner has thwarted the will of the Tea Party for years. But without the Tea Party, Boehner did not have a majority in the House. Both the Democrats and the Tea Party have been his problem. It has been a very thankless job for him. In November, they will be somebodyelse's problem, which is fine with Boehner. He can start making a multimillion-dollar salary as a lobbyist.

True.
But you wouldn't like what I have to say about the Democratic Party mainstream either.

THAT is the money question, will he be replaced by another yes man who's afraid of the MSM? ALL the Republican candidates have proven you can tell the press where to get off and get away with it. Trump, Paul, Cruz and the others have shown that people love it when they tell the press to cut the crap. I hope the next speaker has learned that.

Cruz and Rand Paul (and I LIKE what Rand Paul has to say about foreign policy!) are about to drop out of the race. That doesn't say much for candidate's ability to counter the MSM, or the voter's ability to discount what the MSM emphasizes.

So true. This man desperately tried to go the way the wind blew, only to find himself completely without any moral compass. He so wanted to keep his cushy job as Speaker that he totally abandoned his principles. He had NO BALLS to deal with the extreme fringes of his party and so he lost all credibility with both sides of the aisle.
Something the Pope said must have gotten to him. Finally, he got his Mojo back!

The Tea Party and The Democrats thwarted from 2 completely different points of view and ideologies. Apples and Oranges.
BTW, I think Boehner may be through with politics, but I agree that the Evangelicals seem to have free reign. Break out the Swastikas boys, it's gonna be a long haul.
Sharia Law rides again!
