Ah, Dark WIllow. I love it! I really want to make a Vamp Willow costume. I'm not terribly skilled with a sewing machine, though, so it'll have to wait until next year.

Yeah I wanted to do Vamp Willow, but waited until the last minute, so I'm doing Dark Willow because it's easier.

I always hand out the Halloween candy in my tired old witch costume...
but the monsters, snakes & spiders webs surrounding the front door is what makes it all work!

I considered going as Illyria as well, but the cold weather factor and the fact that no one would recognize me led me to decide to go as Sally, the rag doll girl from "The Nightmare Before Christmas," one of my all-time favourite movies.

I think I speak for us all when I say I'd love to see everyone's finished costumes!

Yay HOTNESS! Thanks TheGreyJedi...you made my day. Yeah - I'm proud to be a gamer chick. I was working on a Lulu costume from FFX, but it's proving to be more complicated than I first thought, so it may have to wait another couple of Halloweens. Do I get points for wearing my handmade Cheetara costume a couple years ago too? ha ha ha

well, i was gonna go as fred cause i got this cute skirt from old navy that's sooo fred season 5, and also cause i adore fred, but then at the omwf singalong i got some vamp teeth...

so now i'm gonna be vampire fred!

If I can find some black jeans and a good enough shirt, I shall be doing this as well. I can easily do all of it with some creative shopping, eyeliner, and hair spray paint. Though, I don't know what to do about my eyes. They're dark brown, and I COULD easily leave them normal, but what's the fun in that? ^_^ I don't know where I could go to buy special effect contacts without ordering them online or something first.

Seriously though, I love video games, and if I didn't have so much homework, I would be playing them much more often. Rydia has been a costume that I've wanted to do for a long time, but didn't have the means. Now that I have a sewing machine and a green corset, yay, I am a Summoner of Mist.
