Hi Ya'll:

Yep, it's that time again. It's time to start figuring out if you want to go to Vegas...for the 3rd annual shindig

Dude, that would be SO COOL! Thats 3 days after my birthday...if i pulled everything off just right I could maybe might come...Don't put me down or anything...there's just some interest, for the record.

For Vegas we usually have one meal together as a group each day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) but other than that we're on our own. There's just so much to see and do there! There may be various activities that are done en masse, for instance, we did the Star Trek Experience 2 years ago as a group and it was a hoot! Our guide was a Firefly fan and tailored the performance to us !

The rooms will be booked in a block to get an optimal hotel rate (if possible) and everyone books the room themselves given a password to show that they are part of our group.

Right now we're just trying to get a handle on interest so we can approach the hotel with a proper sized block of rooms to accomodate everyone.

I am interested in going. I will have to write the days off into my contract and get it approved, so I can't commit 100% just yet, but I would love to go.
