Playing around in photoshop I threw this together mostly for the Alan appreciators over on the serenitymovie.org site. The background pattern was a pain in the ass to get right. I was going to leave it bare but it didn't look right. But it turned out ok I think. Nice and spacious for your icons to be on but a nice picture of Alan to moon over. :)

Very nice desktop! It's always a thought to me to have blank (or at least cover-able) space for desktop icons. :)

I really, really like this - but my eyes played tricks on me when I first saw it, I thought his hands were tinted blue.
