The last two chinese characters say "No" bu-shr, lit. "not is". I'm gonna take a guess at the first one being "tsai" as in in what Kaylee says to the group of pilots in the ballroom in "Shindig" where she says "Tsai bu shr" which the subtitles / script translates as "no way" but the Chinese actually is saying "actually, no it isn't" which makes more sense...
