“Kaylee, this isn’t a good –“ The protest died on Simon’s lips as Kaylee’s hand reached down and cupped him through his pants.

“What if someone sees –“ Simon tried again once his eyes uncrossed themselves.

“Simon,” Kaylee pressed him back against the counter and wrapped her arms around his neck. “No one’s gonna see us. They’re all out on a job. Even ‘Nara is out getting sexed for the next few days.”

Simon tried again. “River –“

“You already talked to her about boundaries.” Her fingers began to rub the back of his neck, applying just the right amount of pressure.

Simon’s body was clearly not in the same place as his mind as his pants slowly became more uncomfortable. “Yes and locked doors and – other things.”

“And not to spy when you’re sexin’ up your girl.” She rubbed suggestively against him, her eyes twinkling as she felt his body respond.

“Yes – ah – that too.”

“Well, then, what’s the problem?” She trailed her tongue along his bottom lip.

Simon’s mind was rapidly turning to mush but he tried one more time. “The couch?”

“Ain’t no one seen us there.” Kaylee pressed her lips to his neck and she could feel the tremor race down his spine. At least, she didn’t think anyone had seen them.
