On display at a recent Starwars convention, there was a section set aside for Firefly props (& some form Serenity too) - I have more photos, but the Gorramn Alliance has shut it down due to excessive Browncoat action - but here`s Zol holding Vera, and I know it`s gonna make people very jealous, but you should have been there, maybe if we all email Starfury they will get the props displayed at Serenity3! Yep, I can confirm this is the real Jayne :-) - the prop is the actual used Vera and is very heavy to hold (not to mention big!)

I am gonna sound like a Chuckie Heston-type gun nut here, but those spare rounds are f-ing huge! Strangely, I always pictured Vera using smaller rounds...though not by much. But damn...those must be .50+!!!

Although heavily based on the AK frame, that is a real steel rifle. It looks as if it has been bodged to look Sci-Fi(y) but that's actually how the real gun looks in it's unmodified glory.
