Llama's!
Llama's!!
no one told me there were Llamas.
Mal, Jayne and Zelda, ah the memories.
I laughed and laughed and then I read the liner notes, and I laughed and laughed and I'll stop ow
Does Zelda have her site, fan club.We need to make some MoPo's of Zelda.
More Zelda the Wonder Llama

The link to the high res art is in 11th Hour's message at the top. The image downloaded from that site shows up as 200 dpi in Photoshop.
I LOVE this newly llama-intensified version, especially (or is that "especialllly"?) all the double L's and messing about with stuff like the Universal logo -- even the region code! (Where exactly is "region L"?) Sadly, my DVD player does not correctly interpolate films presented in Llamavision.
Great job. This definitely replaces the official cover in my collection!

You should've put a disclaimer saying you're not responsible for any bevearage that gets snorted/spit onto the keyboard!
(by the way, I didn't snort/spit onto the keyboard. I snorted.spit onto my brother, because he was much more worthy of the punishment!)

This was so funny I kushed myself!
My parents own a llama farm w/50+ head of llamas & alpacas. I sent them this link. Maybe now they'll finally understand why I'm so into the show!
Between this & Monty Python's Holy Grail, I now see llamas are the creative force behind all that is good & pure in movies.

Enjoyed reading the responses everyone... well *almost* everyone. Anonymous (217.43.17.192) seems to be both complimenting AND dissing my work, and none too eloquently btw. Hey, if'n ya gotta curse, at least do it in Fireflyese!
Anyhoo...
Seems that there are some folks who may not know of the "Legend of the Llama" and how it connects to the official Serenity DVD cover. No, it isn't a Monty Python reference, although such references are the stuff of true coolness. Rather, the llama thing began when JustNick at the Whedonesque message board first noticed a "llama" in the crowd on the official Serenity DVD cover... and, a legend was born.
To view the first post that noticed the llama, here be the location:
http://whedonesque.com/comments/8669#94991
It's a looooong thread, but a bit further down, JustNick very thoughtfully provided a pic which shows where that wacky llama be:
http://whedonesque.com/comments/8669#95011
After all this, many llama jokes, llama themed alt covers, and altered user names, ensued... on several FF/S forums. It was one way for fans to blow off steam over a cover that many of us have "issues" with.
Very glad folks are having fun with this llamafied cover... that's why I made it!
For anyone who missed the webpage address above, this cover, the "regular" one, an some alt Firefly CD artwork, can be found at: http://srt.art.home.att.net

Could I get a llamanated copy of this?
...And how dare you say this has nothing to do with Monty Python and the Holy Graill?!? *Everything* is about llamas. Why do you think there are two 'l's in Illuminati?
It's a world-wide conspiracy, masterminded by llamas! (*knock, knock*) Hang on a sec, somebody's at the door.
*No, Master! I swear I didn't let the llama out of the bag!*
Ummm... Disregard this post! I did not say there was a shadow-government comprised of mysterious llamas from all over the world, controlling banking and Masons' elections!
You are getting very sleepy... In a few moments you will awaken feeling refreshed, with the certainty that llamas are only Andean pack animals...
Svengali-ly,
zoid

Oh, yeah...
...And llamas are friendly and definitely not edible (unless you'd like yourself and your entire family to get 'disappeared').

The llama is strong in this one...
Who put the llam in the llama-rama-ding-dong?
... and
Who set alight the llama-shaped beacon?
Llamas are coming... llamas are coming... BEWARE THE LLAMA.
