AN: After finishing up my series "Pretty ... pretty", I asked what people wanted next, standalones within the same 'verse or new stuff. And Serenyty asked for a Silee series without kids. This "series" is slightly inspired by ManicGiraffe's "Payin' up", in the sence that it's Simon/Kaylee, it involves games and co-plotting between River and Kaylee, and most importantly its objective is getting our two favourite people together :P

AN2: I was pondering on making it post Serenity, but that would have made my main objective pretty pointless, so instead it's AU post "Objects in space". To avoid the moral speech on booze and inappropriate behaviour, lets say Book left for Haven, shall we? (I like the guy, but I don't see him joining in on this scenary). Inara's still there though, but barely... lol

AN3: Inge, you're officially my dirty little muse! Thanks for the great suggestions :P Also thanks to EA, River, Gypsylife and Washie for some of the suggestions as well :)

AN4: I know I've read lambytoes being used somewhere else, I just can't remember where. But you all know now, that it's not mine.

*** Spin the Truth ***

- This is too juvenile, he commented. - And I'm not letting River drink.

Kaylee and River exchanged significant glances at each other. The two of them shared a common problem. A doctor that answered to Simon Tam. The guy that never seemed to be able to get his foot out of his mouth long enough to let the mechanic know how he felt about her and who still viewed his little sister as the fourteen year old girl she had been when she had been sent to the Academy.

- Adult next week, River reminded him. - No power in the 'verse can stop me then.

Simon groaned and rubbed his temple, did she have to remind him?

- You might as well just let her drink tonight, since she's gonna start then anyway, Kaylee pointed out. - 'Sides, I was fifteen when I started drinkin', jus' be glad she didn' start sooner.

- She's not drinking tonight, and that's f

Oh my god. I totally bow to you. That was absolutely hilarious.

I think several of us have used "lambey-toes" before, but it actually comes from "War Stories". Wash calls Zoe "lambey-toes" when they're arguing in the cockpit.

And the "I wuv you" was priceless. So very Wash.

Brilliant!
Can't wait to see where this goes...

"I dare you... to be... companionized by Inara, Simon slurred"

I can so see that happening!

I laughed so hard in this chapter from the stuff you added.. I was blank, but Gypsy and Ea sure werent!! :P

I also like when Mal's like "Druth or Tare?" That was good. And Simon;s boner... Hehe! And the deepest shade of red her turned.. almost crimson!

I laughed the hardest (which was bad being this late.. :P) When all out of the blue Mal and Jayne passed out right after each other. Like clockwork!

And one of the best endings ever! Jayne's gonna get stripped!! Is this a stand-alone? Cause this needs a sequel!

10!10!10!

OMG I LOVED IT!
*Giggles*
Although, I would have made Jayne reveal something intensely personal (but maybe that's just because I am totally in love with him!)

This is really hard to read without quotation marks...

hej misskitten.
Det er virkelige godt og meget sjov, synes jeg.

hvordan har du fundet på dette her for den nyt historie.

The qutation marks aren't part of how I write. I've followed this way of writing dialogue (the way it's been written in most, if not all of the books I've read) for the past 5 years, so sorry, it's not about to change. Hope you can live with that. If you base you sole opnion of me on the way I write my dialogue, I'm saddened.

Also the series title is "fun and games" ergo if you want continuing parts, plotbunnies on what games you want me featuring at the core, as well as other suggestions are very much welcome.

So I hope you will get over whatever grudge you have against this style of dialogue and enjoy the story.

rofl... great job. Sorry that I can't help with game ideas as spin the bottle and poker would be the best ways I can think of accomplishing Kaylee's goal. Please try to continue this, however please do not leave the Pretty...Pretty 'verse behind. In general I just have to say keep writing, your great at it.

Teehee! Thanks for writing this!!! It was hilarious.

Just one thing: It almost forayed into a high rating. I'm begging you: please don't do that! I didn't mind what was in this fic, but still. I'm a teenager, and I wouldn't be able to read it if it had a higher rating.

That being said, this was great! With Pretty... pretty, I've gotten used to your writing style.

I could so see this happen with the Serenity crew. More please!

Frighteningly I failed to leave a review for this when you first posted. Very unfair of me since I enjoyed it so much!

There are some great visuals when reading and some read laugh out loud/spurt juice from nose, moments.

Excellent!
