Well, more like "There isn't/we don't have any reversing (or inverting) directions." The actual Chinese traffic sign designation is "Prohibited Turn Around":
禁止掉头 (jinzhi diaotou).

The Chinese is done from an online translation - but it allows me to cut and paste the characters from a downloadably file ithout too much messing around, so it`s correct as far as the translation site goes.
