It does look like an Okudagram (a graphic designed by Mike Okuda, the graphic designer for Star Trek), but it could be just a stylized 3.

i have a theory about how most of the sci fi shows have simiular special effects and sets and aleins (does anyone see the simularities between Species 8472 in Voager and the Shadows in B5?) although in reacent years i think that more speical effects companies for sci fi shows.
